Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of terms:

By accessing and using the website www.thesignbugs.com you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Personal Information:

We collect the information you provide to us and this information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contractual arrangement which is in place between You and us and allow us to comply with our legal obligations.
When You create the account, we ask You to provide the signup information such as Email, Name, Surname, Phone, Username, Passwords, Personal Number, Address, Communications, Chats, Messaging or Login details via Google or Facebook. When you communicate with us through email or any other way, we collect information about your communication and any information You choose to provide or disclose. In order to answer your request, we may access information provided by email, chats, purchase history, etc. To order and use features of site, we may require you to provide certain financial information in order to facilitate the processing of payments. We collect your credit or debit card number, credit or debit card type, credit or debit card expiration date, billing address, tax number, name and surname. We collect login information if you are logging to our account with authentication data.
When you use our site or contact us directly, we may collect information, including your personal information, about the way you act in our site, the services you use and how you use them. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us to enable us to comply with legal obligations and given our legitimate interest in being able to provide and improve the functionalities of the

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any product information and also the images are visual representation of the final product.​

Order Acceptance:

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in INR (indian rupees) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment:

Payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept

  • UPI

Modification:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Return & Refund Policy

The Signbugs ("we" and "us") does not offer refunds as each sign is made specifically for you with your customizations in mind. If the sign comes damaged, please contact us and we will mediate the situation as quickly as possible to ensure that you are left satisfied with your purchase.
In the unlikely event that your sign does come damaged, we'll require a proof of purchase, order number, as well as photos and videos of where it came damaged or defective. Our customer service team will then evaluate each issue on a case-by-case basis and ensure that you receive your sign without damages.
To start a claim, you can contact us at thesignbugs@gmail.com Please ensure that your order number or proforma number is included in the title of the email. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a timeline on how you will receive your undamaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We allow a 2 day period upon receipt of your custom sign to lodge any claims regarding damages, defects or errors on our part.

 

Warranty:

We do however offer a  6 months or 1 year Warranty on all our accessories (Dimmer/Power Adapter/Transformers for neon signs) from the day of purchase. Their is no warranty period of neon light, acrylic or print. If there is any issue with the product the customer is asked to send us an email with details of the damages alongside a picture or video to thesignbugs@gmail.com. From there we will assess the severity of the issue and whether it can be fixed with a spare part or if it needs to be replaced fully. Please note that the warranty is not extended to incidents where the product is damaged through any external circumstances that cause damage/breakage.

About the shipping cost for the warranty: the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost, including 2 times:

  • Product shipping fee to our facility

  • Shipping costs for products that have been warranted to the customer's address.

 

Replacements:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically entered into our system for a new identical sign (same design, same size, same colour, same acrylic backing etc) to be manufactured and shipped to the same address. Please remember it can take some time for us to remanufacture your sign and have it delivered to you.

Shipment Policy

All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

The Signbugs ("we" and "us") are not responsible in delay of a product from third party courier or delivery service or any other calamities.

Kindly note that if any changes are made to your order, the delivery time will be delayed accordingly, based on the number of days required for the order adjustment.
